PACKAGING

Our turkeys are thoughtfully packaged, using recyclable packaging from Termapak and secured with Eco Enclose tape to have the least environmental impact. We encourage customers to reuse and recycle our packaging.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

All turkeys will be shipped Saturday, November, 20 and delivered by Tuesday, November 23. 

We do not ship internationally, nor to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping costs vary based on distance from Connecticut. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking number when the order ships.

We do not guarantee delivery dates, as FedEx delays are out of our control. Shipments cannot be changed or cancelled after November 15, 2021. Please take this into consideration when ordering.

RETURN POLICY

At Miller Farms, we take great pride in our products and service. If any issue arises, we will arrange a replacement. Due to the perishable nature of our products we cannot accept returns. Please contact us at thankful@millerfarms.us or +1 860.673.3258 with any questions.
